Radio
We are transforming radio
451.radio is a social engine, built on a simple idea:
The station supports the community &
the community supports the station
through the shows we curate,
the voices we stand behind &
the causes we back
The Play for Good Framework
It splits into two glasses: one keeps the station going, the other pours straight back into the community.
Operations
Local business partnerships keep the lights on. This side of the model covers the essential costs of running a broadcast station, from studio space to equipment.
Community Reinvestment
Resident host contributions fund the community. As the station becomes self-sustaining, this side of the model is directed toward local artists, community projects, and art.
